Registration for LADC 2025 is now open!
Authors should read the Publication Policy before proceeding to register.
Please be aware of the registration periods and payment methods:
- Payments by Boleto (brazilian payment) and debit card end on October 27, 2025.
- Payments by credit card, note, and invoicing remained open until the last day of the event.

Authors in LADC 2025
The following fees apply to authors with one paper accepted only for LADC 2025 (main track or satellite event) and who will be attending the event in person.
An additional fee of BRL 550.00 (approx. USD 100) is charged for each additional article.
The SBC institutional waive (isenção institucional) does not apply for author’s registration.

The following fees apply to authors with papers accepted in both conferences (LADC and CLEI) and who will be attending the events in person.
Upon registering with LADC in this category, authors must provide proof of registration with CLEI.
An additional fee of BRL 550.00 (approx. USD 100) is charged for each additional article in LADC 2025.

Authors in LADC 2025 Satellite Events (Online Presentation)
The following fees apply to authors with only one paper accepted at any LADC 2025 satellite event (including Workshops, Fast Abstracts, Industry Track, and Student Forum) and who choose to present the paper online.
An additional fee of BRL 225.00 (approx. USD 50) is charged for each additional article.
IMPORTANT:
- Remote presenters will be able to join the Technical Session of the satellite event in a virtual room during the presentation. However, they will not be able to attend the main track, keynotes or any other satellite event in LADC 2025 as they will not be streamed.
- For online presentation, each author may be associated with only one paper.

Notes
- Proof of status for categories that require it (e.g. students) must be uploaded at the time of registration. The verification of this document is made by the SBC team and may take up to one business day; only after verification, the payment methods will be unlocked.
- Those who opt for a COMBO will have their SBC membership automatically created and will receive an e-mail with guidelines on taking advantage of the benefits offered by SBC. Membership is for one year only and does not imply automatic renewal.
The Combo was created by SBC to unify membership fees and event registration. The idea is to provide a cheaper option for these two benefits (i.e. the event registration and SBC membership) in comparison to their purchase in a separate way. In addition to signing up for the event, you become associated with SBC for one year. It is important to note that the association does not imply any obligation, of any nature, to the registrant with SBC, but it allows you to access the list of SBC membership benefits (for more information see the SBC FAQ).
Publication Policy
At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the event by September 27, 2025 for the paper to be included in the Proceedings. LADC and SBC also enforce a strict no-show policy, which requires that at least one author attend the conference and present the paper in order to have it published in the Proceedings.
Cancelation Policy
Registrations can be canceled up to September 27, 2025 (one month before the event). Only 60% of the registration fee will be refunded, with the remaining 40% covering the associated administrative costs. After this date there will be no refund of any amount paid. The policy applies to both the cancellation of registration and the cancellation of any additional activities. To cancel a registration, please contact faturamento@sbc.org.br.
