{"id":2069,"date":"2022-03-30T21:28:14","date_gmt":"2022-03-31T00:28:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ladc.sbc.org.br\/?page_id=2069"},"modified":"2026-07-17T11:15:51","modified_gmt":"2026-07-17T14:15:51","slug":"industrial-track","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ladc.sbc.org.br\/2026\/industrial-track\/","title":{"rendered":"Industry Track"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Call for Industry Contributions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LADC industry track brings participants together from academia and&nbsp;industry at a venue that highlights practical and real-world studies&nbsp;concerning dependable and secure computing: safety, security, reliability,&nbsp;maintainability, and availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This track aims to foster mutually beneficial connections between&nbsp;those engaged in scientific research and practitioners to exchange&nbsp;experiences enhancing their network, providing crucial input into&nbsp;future research directions and allow others to learn from successes and failures on industry-driven dependable computing topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LADC 2026 industry track highlights practical and real-world dependable computing studies, focusing on innovative methodologies and tools, implementations, techniques, novel applications, and relevant issues on dependability. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New and unsolved research challenges derived from practical problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Success stories reporting benefits and lessons learned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure stories reporting obstacles and lessons learned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>State-of-the-practice and experience reports with empirical evidence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>State-of-the-practice survey reports from real-world projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application reports about methods, techniques, and tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current challenges in industrial applications concerning dependable and secure computing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contribution Submissions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We invite submissions of industry-driven contributions, describing state-of-the-art practice and experience reports, survey reports from&nbsp;real-world projects and industrial experiences, and evidence-based identification of unsolved research challenges associated with safety, security, reliability, maintainability, and availability. Each submission should describe the addressed problem, the motivation, the&nbsp;used approach, the current state of the project, an evaluation of the&nbsp;benefits or lessons learned, as well as future developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We welcome submissions that are mainly driven by industrial&nbsp;practitioners, which will be evaluated according to the following&nbsp;criteria: relevance to the LADC audience, improvement on the&nbsp;state-of-the-practice or state-of-knowledge, results generality,&nbsp;overall quality of the manuscript, and appropriate comparison to the&nbsp;related work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If accepted, one of the authors is committed to presenting the paper at the conference. <strong>Online presentation will be allowed. <\/strong>Presentation details will follow notifications of acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contributions must be written in English and no longer than 8 pages.
