Authors in LADC 2026 Satellite Events (Online Presentation)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n
The following fees apply to authors with only one paper accepted<\/strong> at any LADC 2026 satellite event (including Workshops, Fast Abstracts, Industry Track, and Student Forum) and who choose to present the paper online.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
An additional fee of BRL 225.00 (approx. USD 45) is charged for each additional<\/u> article.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remote presenters will be able to join the Technical Session of the satellite event in a virtual room during the presentation. However, they will not be able to attend the main track, keynotes, or any other satellite event in LADC 2026 as they will not be streamed.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
For online presentation, each author may be associated with only one paper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

The fees below cover participation in all LADC 2026 activities, including the keynotes and technical sessions of all tracks (i.e., Main Track, Fast Abstracts, Industry Track, Student Forum, and Workshops).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proof of status for categories that require it (e.g., students) must be uploaded at the time of registration. The verification of this document is made by the SBC team and may take up to one business day; only after verification, the payment methods will be unlocked.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Those who opt for a COMBO will have their SBC membership automatically created and will receive an e-mail with guidelines on taking advantage of the benefits offered by SBC. Membership is for one year only and does not imply automatic renewal.<\/strong> The Combo was created by SBC to unify membership fees and event registration. The idea is to provide a cheaper option for these two benefits (i.e., the event registration and SBC membership) in comparison to their purchase in a separate way. In addition to signing up for the event, you become associated with SBC for one year.
